KLM Performed First Passenger Flight With Sustainable Synthetic Kerosene

For the first time in the world, KLM operated a commercial passenger flight with sustainable synthetic kerosene from Amsterdam to Madrid last month. The flight was carried out on a admixture of 500 liters of sustainable synthetic kerosene that was produced by Shell. Shell produced the synthetic kerosene in its research center in Amsterdam. The kerosene is based on CO2 water and renewable energy from sun and wind from Dutch soil
